Our blog team chatted with the super-heroine Roypim, to know a little more about her. Understand why we root for this warrior:

-Birthday: 18/01/1989
-When have you started in aerobic gymnastics? “ I’ve started to training in 2005”
-Other sports that you praticed? “I practiced rhythmic gymnastics before the aerobic gymnastics”
-Who inspired you in aerobic? “ I can not say that anyone inspired me... I told by my boss Mrs. Kusumarn Prasertsri that would be better if I change RG by AER and she was right! I am so thankful for her because she showed me the best possible way.”
-How many hours/day do you training? “I train 5 or 6 days in the week and the training time is diferente, whenever I`m done with my plan.”
-Is your nutrition so much restricted? Say us something that you MUST eat and something that you CAN'T eat. Are you used to use some supplements? Which? “About my nutrition-I try to control what and how much I eat... specially prior to a competition... And I CAN NOT eat shrimp as I am allergic! In 2007 I dislocated my knee... since then I take food supplements for the knee cartilage.”
-Describe how is "Roypim day-by-day" (simplified): “I wake up 7:30 and go to work (I am engineer) until 17:00, then travel between 3 to 4 hours to get to the training hall... After training travel back home, sleep and everything starts all over again!”
-Which was the most important competition/presentation in your life? “The most important competition for me was German World Championship in 2005... It was my second competition (first was Suzuki World Cup) since the beginning of my career in aerobic gymnastics... and I reached 3rd position and won my first medal for Thailand...I will never forget it...”
-What is your goal in World Games 2013? “Do the best I can without mistakes,of course.”
-Do you have some superstition before the presentation? “Before the competition I do nothing special, just stand with point straight feet for a minute anda t the same time thinking of my mom and dad!”
-Say something to the begginers: “Love this sport and try to overcome yourself every single day! Don’t skip trainings and never give less than 100% to the because the time is short and we all have just a little time to be young and to do this beautiful sport... So don’t waste time!!!!”
